Our Beginners Course is the perfect way to get moving, learn the basics, and feel confident stepping into classes. No matter your current fitness level, we’ll guide you through everything you need to know.

How it Works

We keep things simple. You’ll join a small group of beginners, meet once a week for your dedicated session, and cover everything from lifting technique to cardio and bodyweight movements. You’ll learn how to scale workouts to your level, so you can train safely and effectively.

After your 5 weeks, you’ll have 2 weeks of full access to our regular timetable — giving you the perfect opportunity to settle in and get to know the community.
