Round 2 of the CrossFit Open kicks in with our friday night lights special event no class limit getting as many people as possible through the killer of a workout!

The start of the CrossFit games season kicks of with the CrossFit Open starting the 16th Jan. At Frith we will be hosting our ‘Friday Night Lights’ event to get everyone pumped through the 1st workout!
