WE PROVIDe you with the guidance and confidence you need to achieve your health and fitness goals

  • At Coastline CrossFit our classes are built around the world class strength and conditioning program and lifestyle.

CrossFit is defined as “constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity”.
We develop our members fitness in all the general physical skills…

    Endurance - Stamina - Strength - Flexability - Power

    Speed - Coordination - Agility - Balance - Accuracy

Every session we bring members our “Workout Of the Day (WOD)” tailored by our expert coaches to suit individual abilities, combined with a supportive group of people to hold each other accountable, some great workout music and heaps of fun.

  • Community is at the heart of what we do here at Coastline CrossFit. From a warm welcoming smile as you step through the door to creating friendships that will last a lifetime, we pride ourselves on having created a supportive, friendly and welcoming atmosphere for everyone to enjoy.

  • Each session our coaches will walk you through every step of the class, giving guidance and support to help you crush your workout.

Our coaches have years of experience working with every level of athlete from children to grandparents, competitive athletes to individuals new to CrossFit.

Our coaches are here to help you become the best version of yourself.

WORLD CLASS FITNESS

“The magic is in the movement, the art is in the programming, the science is in the explanation, and the fun is in the community.”

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.

Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.

Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense.

Regularly learn and play new sports.
