CROSSFIT CLASSES

The foundation of Coastline CrossFit is our group CrossFit classes that run 7 days a week.

Through constantly varied, functional movement performed at a relative high intensity we aim to help you reach levels of fitness you didn’t think possible.

Designed to develop an athletes fitness in every capacity, we combine lifting, running, rowing, biking, bodyweight movements, jumping, throwing and much more to create fun and varied workouts daily.

With the help of our coaches and the rest of the Coastline CrossFit’s supportive community you will have the best hour of your day.

OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING CLASSES

We provide specialty classes focused on the sport of Olympic Weightlifting. These classes are devoted to spending time working through the major lifts and accessory work. These sessions are broken down to build confidence, strength, speed and technical ability to work towards those personal bests.

ENDURANCE GROUP CLASSES

Every week we offer classes focused on building athletes endurance in training. Leaving the weights and barbells out we focus on longer sustained workouts lasting 30-40 minutes. Great for endurance specific training, building your engine and even better for just getting a sweat on.
